The month of July was spent dealing with the house. It took several extra weeks to close on the house. It was frustrating, but in the end all worked out. So stressful, I didn't even bother taking pictures before we moved in. We were grateful that the military payed for this last move and delivered and unloaded all our stuff. The house is a great fit for our family. Not as big as our last house, but the space is more useful! There is alot of storage, the kids each have their own room, we have a walk-in pantry, an office with doors, a three car garage and a wonderful neighborhood pool! We are truly blessed! Here are a few pictures that were taken at our first get together, to celebrate Ainsley's 2nd birthday.
This is the kitchen and living area- we have a crazy amount of cabinets and a lot more counter space! |
The dining room! |
The open/kids area upstairs! |
The only room I have painted so far! Avalyn's big girl room. It was a vision I've had for a while and am so happy to have it done- it took over 30 hours to do the shoe wall. |
Avalyn has a hug closet, great for all her dolls and dress up clothes! |
I promise more pictures of the house as we continue to make it our own. It is a much slower process with Kyle already in school and me with the 4 kids all day!
