Gavin and
Avalyn went to a birthday party at the skating rink. It was their first time skating. They were so excited, until they realized it was a lot harder than it looks. Despite the
frustration of their first time on skates, they enjoyed it. Gavin was the most determined and he spent the most time on the ground.
Avalyn usually picks up on things easier (she's more coordinated), but she wasn't nearly as determined when she realized it was difficult for her.
This is how Gavin spent most of his time on the rink. He was very determined and kept at it, but he didn't understand why it was so hard when it looked so easy.
