Day 1 Magic Kingdom!

Ready to take on the Magic Kingdom! I had personalized shirts made from Magical Memories on Etsy! They turned out absolutely perfect for each child!

Cambria ready for Magic Kingdom! Not much emotion about it, but we were out and she was happy! This is how she (and Ainsley) spent much of the week. We got a wheel chair pass for the stroller, to keep her eyes out of the sun as much as possible. She was able to sit in the shade everywhere we went and stay there in every line- it was wonderful not to have to hold her or chase her in line. She still isn't following directions and controlling her is really hard when she just wants to run. We usually went through the wheel chair entrance, bypassing most lines- thankfully it wasn't too busy and they all 10 of us were able to stay together. It was wonderful to keep the girls in the stroller during shows. Disney is truly wonderful to special needs and it was such a blessing to not have to worry about Cambria being in the sun too much, following or keeping her still!

Waiting to ride Dumbo!

The boys taking a break for a cool snack!
Cambria did much better than we anticipated on the rides. As long as we held her close and she had a ducky she didn't mind. We only put her on the inside rides and it was nice to see her look around a bit and not get upset when the ride was moving!

Riding Winnie the Pooh!
Aunt Stacia and Ainsley ready for a ride!
The Buzz Lightyear ride! Definitely a favorite and another ride we could ALL enjoy! Gavin LOVED all the rides and he rode EVERYTHING! While most of us went back to the room to rest or leaving early before the rest of us were ready, all week Kyle and Gavin spent every moment they could riding the rides. Space Mountain was one of his favorites, they rode it 5 times (Praise the Lord for no lines;)! Every time they stayed a little extra time to ride a ride they would ride it several times.

On our way out of the park for a break we ran into a parade on Main Street! Disney parades are a MUST! They are beautiful, creative, interactive and FUN! This was our first and it didn't disappoint. The babies didn't enjoy them as much as I had hoped. Ainsley was pretty tired- it was nap time.
Cambria "watching" the parade. It was as if nothing was happening, her rubber ducky was way more exciting than the loud festive music and the huge characters dancing around. This is when her vision issues are apparent and make me a little sad. She loves watching the characters on TV and she learned to say Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse before we left. I did get her as close as I could to Donald Duck and she reached for his beak, but then she just went back to compare it to her rubber ducky.
Fun with Grandpa!
Enjoying the parade with Grandma!

The cutest little Disney guest!

Ready for a break!
Avalyn chasing ducks out by the bus stop, on our way back to the resort for a rest.

This was the longest line we waited in all day. We had no clue what we were getting into when we walked into the room with the line- Mickey was on the other side of the wall. We had some time so we waited 20 min. and it was worth it! Avalyn had been begging to meet Minnie, so we were thrilled to see that she was in there. We had time to get autographs and pictures and say we met Minnie and Mickey Mouse!

The Johnston Family!

Avalyn was so excited to meet Minnie! She is going to be Minnie Mouse for Halloween.

Cambria didn't really get excited about the parades, but she always loves to be out and with Daddy!
Tinkerbell!

Watching the parade with cousin Trevor! The Older kids LOVED ALL the parades!
After a long Magical day at the Magic Kingdom!
