Saying Good-Bye

This was probably the most difficult good-bye for us to make in Nebraska.  Our church Christ Community in Omaha has been an amazing blessing to our family. I LOVED working with the youth, we LOVED the children's ministry, MOPS and our family our Journey group. We were in the same Sun. group for 7 yrs., broken up into smaller groups throughout the years we were able to form amazing relationships!  Our church wasn't near our home, but it was well worth the drive.  When Kyle was deployed, they were always there for me. They made NE feel like home and we will miss them so much!We decided to make saying good-bye a bit fun with this group and went on a little camping trip, about an hour and a half away from Omaha for the weekend!  This is definitely not the easiest stage of life to camp at, but we survived, had a lot of fun and made a lot of memories!  The kids LOVED it! There were definitely challenges, like Cambria's desire to sprint off at any moment- not good when you are near camp fires, cars, and water, and of course she hated the tent.  It was not the best night of sleep with the little ones in the tent.  We have been so blessed, these amazing friends have always been open to watching and helping us with the kids, so camping wasn't too bad. What a wonderful time and hopefully not our last with these special friends.

Cambria was in Heaven!!!
Ainsley LOVED all the snacks at the camp ground, she spent most her time at the food table.
Just couldn't run after her any more...she didn't mind a break in the car for a while, while we took a break from sprinting off after her.
Jack and Gavin- GREAT friends!
The babies LOVED the beach!
Ainsley's first taste of sand- she wouldn't stop this- YUCK!

Survived our first time camping with 4 kids!
