Visiting Santa!

This was our second year to visit Santa at the Durham museum. It is in an old train station and is a beautiful building and a great place for seeing Santa. Santa wasn't quite as "good" looking as last year's Santa (probably because it was one of the last days to visit him there), but there was no line, no photographer trying to sell you pictures, and one of our favorite parts Mrs. Clause. Avalyn appreciated that there is a Mrs. Clause (she's been talking about it since last year) and I appreciate an extra lap for extra kids. Mrs. Clause was wonderful and managed to calm Cambria down for us to get a picture. Ainsley did just fine, so far we have never had a melt down by any of our kids while visiting Santa! It was a wonderful little visit and the kids enjoyed exploring the museum after Santa.
Waiting to visit Santa!
Gavin showing off his loose tooth- he was messing with it the entire time.

Ainsley liked Santa's beard- she nearly pulled it off. Avalyn telling Santa she wanted a scooter for Christmas. Gavin asked for the new Buzz Lightyear with wings.

Still curious- maybe next year she will be talking and will tell Santa what she wants.
Trying to get a picture of the kids. Cambria just wanted to explore and Gavin was too busy working on his loose tooth.
The massive live Christmas tree and Avalyn just being Avalyn.

Cambria in her Christmas dress.
We tried several times to get a family picture, this was one of the best- Cambria still wanted to look at the tree. Oh well, we will hopefully get better at this.
